What does a website cost? The number one question we get asked is how much does it cost for a website. This is also one of the hardest ones to answer. We believe that every client is different and has different needs therefore we quote separately for every website. We create a design brief and fix a cost on that brief, unlike many other web design companies who quote one price then add extras throughout the process. This means that the price you pay will be agreed before we start work and you get no surprises or budget over runs.
How long does it take to have a website designed? The time frame is determined by the size of your web site and the complexity of your site design. We will work within your time frame and inside your budget which we will agree with you at the outset.
What are the maintenance costs on a website? If you have the “Full Monty” plan, then maintenance is included. If you don’t, then we can still maintain your site. Contact us for details.
What is web hosting? Web hosting is your presence on the Internet. It is where your unique domain name is located and where your site it hosted.
I am currently hosted with another hosting company can I use my existing hosting? In most cases you can use your existing hosting dependant upon its features.
How do I switch from my current hosting company to your hosting? We will take care of all the necessary arrangements to switch over your hosting.
I am currently in dispute with my current web design company and I am afraid of losing my domain can you help? If you own a domain name then no one can take it from you or hold onto it. Although we can’t enter into disputes with your current web design supplier we can help you get your domain back for you.
Do you offer e-commerce packages? Yes we offer full e commerce packages allowing you to sell goods online and take payments.
Do you offer search engine optimisation? Yes we do. We offer an SEO campaign as part of our “Fully Monty” All in one monthly package. We can also offer a seperate search engine optimisation plan.

Do I have to enter a contract for a monthly campaign? No, we do not tie you into lengthy contracts.
Can you guarantee 1st page results? Although we or any other company cannot guarantee 100% 1st page rankings, we have a 100% success rate with all of our existing clients for various keywords.
How long will it take to rank on the search engines? SEO is not an overnight success, it can take months of hard work in order to see organic growth and sustain 1st page ranks.
